What qualities are needed to work well with others?

• Teamwork - Within the process of making a film there are many different people with many different skills which are essential to the film, therefore teamwork is essential.
• Listening skills - When working with so many people, all trying to share ideas you need to be able to listen to everyone and take their ideas into account. If you don't, then you could miss out on good ideas.
• Communication - Without communication then the whole film will be disorganized, won't be finished on time and won't be finished in the way or to the standard that the director wants.
• Punctuality - Within different groups there needs to be good time management in order for things to be done on time. Good punctuality allows the film making process to run smoothly in all areas.
• Positive Attitude - a positive attitude is necessary in order to keep everyone motivated.
• Ability to self analyse - allows us to have a better understanding of ourselves and in turn allows us to be more aware of others and how they feel.
• Critical thinking - allows you to make good decisions and determine the importance or arguments and ideas.
